You'll learn how to precisely engage your muscles, leading to tangible, real-world benefits like improved posture for your daily life, increased flexibility, and balanced strength that builds from your deep core stabilizers to your powerful global muscles.

Blast Pilates: Ignite Your Power & Elevate Your Fitness
Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Blast Pilates is where power meets precision in a challenging 50-minute session. This is a cardio-intensive, sweat-dripping, full-body blast that fuses the core principles of STOTT Pilates with the sculpting moves of Barre and the explosive intervals of HIIT.
We move at a dynamic pace, incorporating light weights to fire up your metabolism. An understanding of Pilates fundamentals is recommended to get the most out of this powerful workout, and we ask that you come prepared with your A-game.
