Our Ethos: Strength in Community

At Forte Flex Studios, we believe true strength is built together. We're not just another boutique studio, we are your community.

Our founder experienced firsthand how exclusive pricing and marketing could make Pilates feel out of reach. That’s why we offer inclusive, high-quality Pilates for just £19.99. Our studio is a judgement-free zone for all levels, races, and backgrounds. We’re not just about building a stronger body; we’re about building a stronger, more connected community. Come for the workout, stay for the community.

But our commitment extends beyond the studio walls. We are actively seeking partnerships with local charities to further break down barriers and lift up our community. Join us to build your best self, and help us build a better community for all.

Meet the Founder

Our founder, Keena, fell in love with Pilates for the strength and clarity it brought her. But she fell out of love with the culture surrounding it.

She grew tired of studios that seemed to cater to an "in-crowd," with marketing and pricing that created barriers instead of breaking them down. She believed that the transformative power of Pilates, which she honed through her training in STOTT Pilates, shouldn't be a luxury item.

So, she built Forte Flex Studios on one simple, radical idea: what if a Pilates studio measured its success not by its exclusivity, but by its inclusivity? This is that studio. Keena and the entire Forte Flex community are here to welcome you.

Community and Charity Initiatives at Forte Flex Studios

At Forte Flex Studios, our ethos is built on the belief that wellness should be accessible to all. We are deeply committed to giving back to our local community in Acton and beyond. As a cornerstone of this commitment, we are launching a referral-based programme by Christmas 2025. This initiative will provide weekly subsidised classes, offered at no cost to individuals referred through local partners such as GP surgeries, psychologists, and social prescribing services. Our goal is to ensure that the restorative benefits of Pilates are available to those who can benefit most, regardless of their financial circumstances.

Our dedication to community support extends to a national cause that resonates deeply with our London home. Tragically, on any given night in London, more than 3,000 people are sleeping rough on the streets. To help address this crisis, we have chosen to partner with Crisis, the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. Crisis works tirelessly to provide vital services, support, and long-term solutions to end homelessness. We are in the process of establishing a direct donation link, allowing our clients to contribute easily and support Crisis’s mission directly through our website.

Together, we strive to build a stronger, healthier, and more inclusive community for everyone.
