Forte Flex Studios is proud to present an exclusive collaboration with Danielle Gudgeon, bringing the vibrant energy of Brazilian Carnaval to London.
As the festivities end in Rio, we're keeping the spirit alive with an afternoon of fitness, dance, and performance.

3:15pm – 4:45pm (Please arrive by 3:10pm)

Event Schedule

· 3:15pm: Blast Pilates Express
Kick off with an energising 30-minute Pilates session to awaken your body.

· 3:45pm: Samba Dance Class
Immerse yourself in the rhythm with a lively and fun Samba lesson.

· 4:15pm: Carnaval Cocktails
Enjoy your included authentic Caipirinha (or a premium non-alcoholic alternative) and a chance to mingle.

· 4:30pm: Live Carnaval Performance
Experience the colour and energy with a special live performance to close the event.

Ticket Information & Details

🎫 Tickets: £15 per person

Your ticket includes the full event experience and your choice of a Brazilian Caipirinha or a festive non-alcoholic drink.

· What to Bring: Please bring your own exercise mat (or a large towel) and a full water bottle. Please also wear grip socks for the Pilates portion of the agenda.

· What We Provide: Your chosen Caipirinha/non-alcoholic drink is included in your ticket.

· Location Notes: The studio is conveniently located a short 5-minute walk from Ealing Broadway Station (Central, District, and Elizabeth lines, plus national rail).
